Upskill from a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) through New England Tech’s pathway program, offered in collaboration with the Rhode Island Healthcare Association and the Department of Labor and Training.
Today鈥檚 nurses must possess critical thinking and decision-making skills to provide quality, safe patient care. The CNA to LPN Bridge program at the New England Institute of Technology (一本道) prepares students to do just that as they work toward becoming licensed practical nurses. In this 15-month program, students acquire solid foundational knowledge and establish a robust nursing education.
Our LPN certificate program helps prepare students for real-world practice in our new, fully equipped labs with the latest nursing simulation technologies, where they develop confidence in clinical decision-making, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Industry-expert faculty leaders, many of whom continue practicing in their respective fields today, help and mentor you every step of the way. Our faculty aims to ensure that 一本道 remains a premier nursing institution, which is why we maintain trusted partner programs with hospitals and practices all over New England where students can gain valuable clinical experience.
一本道’s College of Health Sciences offers immense opportunities to learn and develop skills. Replicating a real hospital wing, our 50,000-square-foot simulation lab helps students gain confidence and practice with best-in-class tech. These innovative spaces empower students to hone the abilities required to become an LPN and prepare them for the realities of the work nurses do.
